Record Participation & Deals: 34,702 Visitors at XENIA 2025

The 2025 event proved and confirmed that XENIA goes beyond the limits of a simple exhibition. It is a vibrant, interactive business hub that generates deals worth millions and significant networking opportunities.

For three days, XENIA 2025 was the center of networking, investment and inspiration for the tourism industry. At the stands of 500+ exhibitors, dynamic business relationships were created, valuable discussions were held and strong commercial agreements were closed.

A total of 34,702 hospitality professionals from every corner of Greece found at XENIA the solutions to meet the demands of the new era. They discussed with the exhibitors quality proposals for sustainability, energy and technological upgrading, while preserving the authenticity and uniqueness of their tourist accommodation.

XENIA was a magnet for every hospitality professional—from hoteliers, architects and civil engineers, to decorators, F&B and procurement managers—who found modern equipment, original construction ideas and innovative design proposals, for every type or size of accommodation.

The international participation was particularly important. 100 important executives from hotel groups based abroad, such as from Cyprus, Kosovo, Israel, Albania, Georgia, Armenia, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, visited the exhibition. The presence of these entrepreneurs, who sought premium products and services, confirms the dynamics and reach of XENIA beyond borders.

Stages & Projects that brought together the hospitality elite

The Special Events of the Xenia exhibition, once again, were a place for exchanging ideas and knowledge, a communication channel between distinguished speakers and executives of the Tourism industry, but also an opportunity for inspiration and dissemination of innovative ideas and proposals. At the now established Digi Hotel Stage, topics such as: artificial intelligence in hospitality, customer experience design, trends and developments in social media, digital advertising, online sales, financing programs, price parity, new era of digital payments, were discussed by 40+ leading digital experts. Also, design trends, technological developments and new materials that contribute to the creation of unique hospitality spaces, were highlighted through speeches at The Red Spot Stage.

Finally, in Hall 2, visitors had the opportunity to experience firsthand the new construction project entitled “THE DESIGN TRILOGY”, a unique trilogy that combined three iconic room concepts and a sophisticated ONE living, creating an unparalleled experience for the modern visitor. It was not just a presentation of rooms, but a different hospitality philosophy.

For three days, XENIA became the meeting point of the tourism industry, hosting all the new trends and innovations of the market.
