ΟΝΕ living: THE DESIGN TRILOGY

At XENIA 2025, renowned interior designer Costas Gagos and his team at Costas Gagos Architecture & Design presented a pioneering project that redefined the concept of hospitality, combining architecture and design into an experience that went far beyond the ordinary.

It was a creation that brought forward innovative ideas, sustainable solutions, and aesthetic excellence, offering hospitality professionals the opportunity to discover the next milestone in the evolution of hotel investments.

At Hall 2, visitors had the chance to experience firsthand the new construction project entitled “THE DESIGN TRILOGY”, a unique trilogy that combined three emblematic room concepts and an advanced ONE living, creating an unparalleled experience for the modern guest. It was not simply a room presentation, but an entirely different philosophy of hospitality.

Each concept had its own identity, designed to deliver distinct sensations and meet diverse needs: from minimal chic aesthetics to organic forms that embraced nature. And all of this carried the signature of Costas Gagos, who once again brought innovation to the forefront.

Following last year’s success, the new model was presented with upgraded features, greater functionality, and even more impressive architecture. It was a smart construction with advanced management systems, designed to provide comfort, flexibility, and high aesthetics in every hotel investment.

Innovative materials, out-of-the-box design trends, and sustainable solutions composed a project that surpassed the limits of the ordinary. From curved lines and large openings that filled the space with natural light, to carefully selected textures and tones that created an atmosphere of serenity and luxury, every detail was designed to inspire.

The exterior design completed the experience, with elements inspired by Greek nature and subterranean dwellings, offering a sense of connection with the environment and local culture.
