Finally, especially warm and positive were also the comments on Xenia&#8217;s special events (Digi Hotel, Build Hotel, Smart Hotel, and Gastronomy Summit) that showcased the latest trends and developments, proving that the sector is thirsty for innovation. In particular, participants had the opportunity to be informed on state-of-the-art technologies that can lead hotels into a new digital era (Digi Hotel); to follow follow with interest discussions and case studies on innovative architectural concepts <\/span><span lang=\"EL\">(Build Hotel); to discover the <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201csmart\u201d hotel room of the future <\/span><span lang=\"EL\">(<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Smart<\/span> <span lang=\"EN-US\">Hotel<\/span><span lang=\"EL\">), and to be introduced to culinary secrets <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">by a series of leading Greek and international chefs <\/span><span lang=\"EL\">(<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Gastronomy<\/span> <span lang=\"EN-US\">Summit<\/span><span lang=\"EL\">).
