Hotel & Restaurant equipment exhibition in Greece

xenia Exhibitions-Conferences S.A. was founded in 1968 and was the first private company in Greece to organise trade fairs and conferences.

Overall it has compiled a distinguished portfolio comprising more than 200 exhibitions, conferences and other b2b events. Its main activity has been focused on tourism and its related activities (hospitality, travel and catering). The most significant event is the xenia International Exhibition for the equipment of tourism and food & beverage businesses, which has contributed to the enhancement of the Greek tourist product for the last four decades.

Furthermore, during the exhibition’s operation, a series of parallel events such as the xenia Honorary Awards, the conduction and presentation of tourism-related research, as well as the publication of magazines for the hospitality and restaurant sectors. The synthesis of these actions comprises a powerful marketing tool that strengthens the brand’s reputation as a pioneer in staging professional events.

The company-owned media portfolio consisting of print editions such as “xenia news” and “Hotelier” magazine, as well as the weekly electronic edition “xenia newsletter” records the important developments within tourism, the new trends in the hospitality and restaurant sectors, and last but not least, the innovative products and services designed for hotels and restaurants.

Also, the selective synergies with the tourism industry’s main associations, chambers and private entities have enhanced the company’s profile and gained the exhibition recognition beyond the Greek market.

xenia S.A. is a founding member of AGECO (Association of Greek Exhibition & Conference Organisers), a member of SETE (Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises) and UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry).
